R Systems is looking for a talented Admin Office Manager to proactively manage the daily workflow of our office from Chisinau.

Your contribution:
- Responsible for the acquisition of office supplies
- Monitor office needs and follow requests from colleagues
- Maintain a regulatory/compliance environment by following organizational policies and procedures
- Maintain documents and archive of the company in an appropriate manner
- Assure the connection between different office departments
- Ensure reception of correspondence of the company
- Proactively manage the office daily workflow
- Perform other duties as assigned
Bring along
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- English and Romanian are mandatory

- Russian is a plus
