Business Development Partner

Scope of duties:

  •  Creating and executing business developing strategy for 250+ employees’ company. Goal is to enter new market sectors inside IT
  •  Creating own road map, and long-term strategy (2-3 years) leading to agreed goals
  •  Managing entrusted resources
  • Reporting directly to Regional Director  


  • Very good knowledge local and offshore IT market
  • Experience in sales, business development and key account managing in areas such us:
  1. Fixed price project sales
  2. Time and material software product sales
  3. Sales of maintenance services inside IT
  4. T Professionals Outsourcing
  5. Teams Outsourcing 
  6. Accounting on entrusted Key Clients 
  7. Software product sales 
  8. Public tenders
  9. Other IT related fields  
  10. Ability to work independently, creating and go by self-declared steps and milestones
  11. Very good English, spoken and written
  12. Technical background is a big plus
