R Systems is looking for a creative Campaign Manager to join our growing Marketing team.

Your contribution:
- Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, project management, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning virtual events, and measuring results with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers
- Drive marketing campaigns with the intent of nurturing existing customers
- Collaborate closely with BU Managers, Sales, SMEs or freelance staff and other marketing teams inside R Systems to work on campaigns and to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy
- Oversee the quality of the content created by various authors and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to
- Ensure content created is accurate and error-free
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
Bring along:
- 5+ years of experience running B2B integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
- Strong project management skills and a self-starter
- Proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in medium to large organizations ideally in the tech industry
- A proactive attitude and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
