R Systems is looking for a talented Resource Manager to join our growing team in Poland. You will support Project Managers and Delivery Managers by owning a big picture of the allocation and capacity of teams/team members without diving deep into technologies and project scope.
You’ll enjoy:
- A role that is a combination of the Resource Manager and PMO admin inside of the PMO

Your contribution:
- Act as a point of contact for resource booking confirmation, conflicts resolutions in allocations
- Identify areas of opportunity for underutilized resources/teams and assess and help mitigate resource constraints
- Create utilization plans and reports
- Work with Resource Management tools integrated with Atlassian tools
- Be part of PMO team, support Project Managers by data and project governance
- Manage communications and expectations of the internal and external stakeholders
Bring along:
- Resource management or project management experience as a project manager, traffic manager, or resource manager
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken Polish and English
- Very strong organizational skills
- Customer facing experience
- Self-starter attitude to work with little or no direction
Nice to have:
- Advanced experience of Excel
- Advanced experience with of Atlassian tools
- Software Development process knowledge
