R Systems is looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our growing team in Poland, focused on selling digital transformation solutions.
- The responsibilities will come from the Key Account Management area (50%) and the Business Development Management area (50 %)
- Negotiate contracts for the Polish and European market, offers from subcontractors
- Maintain and build the relationship with mobile operators and vendors
- Bring new clients and to reach out to create new departments at the current client
- Sale solutions or development services to mobile operators and vendors
- Get in contact with new customers
- Make deliver presentations and will organize workshops for the new customers
- Main directions of activity: presales, negotiations with customers, project delivery
- Obtain RFP/RFI (Request of Proposal/Information) from the market and from existing customers.
- Great knowledge of the Polish IT and Telco market
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT or Business or Sales
- Good experience in presales and sales in sales/presales role, with proven track of achievements
- Experience in working with Polish mobile operators in sales/presales role/KAM, with proven track of achievements
- Knowledge of Telecom Architecture
- Experience in successful selling IT/Telecom solutions with majority of professional services in scope, to the Polish market and other countries
- Experience in Business-to-Business Sales environment and telecom area
- Up-to-date knowledge of telecom solutions
- Skillful in preparing and delivering presentations
- Very good level of English, spoken and written
