We were helping each other all the time, we had daily meetings where we discussed and joked a lot, although the Academy was mostly remote, it was a pleasure to also meet everyone face to face.

FAQs
The aim of our Programming Academy is to grow the next generation of innovators and digital experts. If you’re passionate about tech and have a strong desire to learn and grow, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for enthusiastic graduates or final year students at tech faculties (computer, software engineering, IT, maths, etc.), with good general programming notions and algorithmic thinking; communication and team spirit are always a plus 😊.
Yes! In addition to students from technical universities, we also welcome graduates of career conversion programs with a university diploma or in a final year of academic studies.
Your CV should highlight your strengths and professional interests. If you have previous work experience in IT, make sure to list it in reverse chronological order. If you’ve never been employed, worry not! To boost the power of your CV, you can list any valuable skills that you have picked up in school, personal projects that you’ve worked on, or anything that you feel represents your passion for tech.
Great! If you are eligible for the internship, one of our recruiters will get in touch with you for a short HR interview and then guide you through the rest of the selection process, including technical/management interviews.
We offer our best interns the opportunity to stay in the company after completing the Programming Academy, and we’re happy to be colleagues with many of our former interns.
