Join the QA Academy for an amazing 8-week tech adventure. From testing processes step by step to in-house and popular tools you will fluently use, R Systems professionals will not shy away from “getting their hands dirty” and giving you the ins and outs you ought to know.
- You are interested in software testing and have a passion for quality
- You have basic theoretical knowledge on software development lifecycle
- You have problem-solving skills and an ability to think ‘out of the box’
- Create and execute test cases from product specifications and compile results
- Set up and maintain personal and team testing environments
- Create and/or run SQL scripts to populate data and validate test results
- Track defects from detection to resolution and works with developers to reproduce and resolve defects

From technologies to work methodologies and concepts, this year’s Java Academy is packed with 4 weeks of intensive trainings and another 4 weeks with practical tasks where students will dive into a telco project.
- You have basic experience with Java during projects for university or other personal projects
- You have a basic understanding/knowledge of object-oriented programming languages and strong desire to learn new things from the technical environment
- You have natural curiosity and passion in solving technical problems
- Do object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- Develop projects for multiple web clients on desktops and various mobile devices
- Maintain existing codebase including troubleshooting bugs and adding new features
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Join the JainSLEE training program for an amazing 3-month paid internship. With R Systems you’ll join a class of developers from Poland, Romania and Moldova and experience firsthand how theory translates into practice within a team trained by telco and cloud professionals.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Java backend development
- You have good knowledge of multithreading, Linux, SQL, any versioning tool, and still want to improve yourself by learning new technology – JAINSLEE (JSLEE)
- You want to work with smart people an be part of an exciting, innovative, and fast-paced software company
- Analyse customer requirements and existing system architectures
- Participate in system integration and development projects, and prepare technical specifications in support of system architecture development
- Support the existing team in maintaining complex platforms for telco operators
