R Systems is searching for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team of innovators!

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable microservices and an in-depth understanding of the telecommunications (Telco) and E-commerce sectors.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions that meet our clients’ business needs while ensuring the integration of advanced technologies.

Your contribution:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable microservices architectures using Spring framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust, flexible, and scalable solution designs.
Leverage AWS cloud services to build and deploy applications that meet business and technical requirements.
Engage in the integration of various systems and new solutions while ensuring a seamless transition.
Analyze and optimize existing architectures and applications for performance, security, and reliability.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design:

Lead the design and implementation of complex software solutions using Spring Microservices architecture.
Develop high-level and detailed architectural designs that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

2. Technical Leadership:

Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices for coding, integration, and deployment are followed.
Mentor junior architects and developers to enhance their skill sets and foster a collaborative learning environment.

3. Cloud Solutions:

Design and implement scalable solutions on AWS, leveraging cloud-native services to optimize performance and cost.
Ensure security and compliance within AWS infrastructure, integrating appropriate tools and practices.

4. Telecommunication Solutions:

Work with telecommunications’ frameworks and standards to architect solutions that meet industry requirements for integration and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the Telco sector to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

5. Integration Strategies:

Develop and execute integration strategies for various systems and platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
Use APIs and middleware solutions to enable integration between services and third-party applications.

6. Ecommerce Development:

Collaborate with ecommerce teams to architect solutions that enhance user experience, backend operations, and system reliability.
Stay updated on the latest trends in ecommerce technology and apply innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.

7. Stakeholder Communication:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and communicate technical solutions effectively.
Present architectural designs and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring a shared understanding of the proposed solutions.
8. Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration processes, and project status updates.
Ensure all architectural decisions and modifications are well-documented for future reference and compliance.

Bring along:

4 to 7 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field.
Experience with Integration, Ecommerce Development
Strong proficiency in Spring Microservices framework
Solid experience with AWS cloud services
Knowledge of the Telco industry and associated integration challenges.
Background in eCommerce development, including payment processing and inventory management systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
