R Systems announces the opening of a new office in Neuchatel, Switzerland.
“R Systems’ engagement on the Swiss market roots back to the very beginnings of the company. It’s been over 25 years since we started the cooperation with our first clients in Switzerland and we are proud to have maintained and developed these relations into solid partnerships up to this day. The decision to open a local office reinforces our commitment to support existing clients and creates exciting new opportunities for business partnerships in the region”, said Raluca Rusu, R Systems Chief Executive Officer.
The local office will be headed by Elena Timofte taking over the position of R Systems Suisse Director, in addition to her current role as Director of the Custom Software Services Business Unit. Elena has been part of the R Systems group for more than 10 years, managing international teams and major projects for European tier-one operators and top industry software vendors.
“We have a long track record of projects in Switzerland and the overall DACH region as we’ve been successfully servicing clients from our offices in Romania and Poland. As we go forward we see great potential for growth in providing high quality nearshore software services while acting as local partner for our clients”, added Elena Timofte.
R Systems Suisse pins the 11th location on the global map of company offices, along with the technical hubs in Romania, Poland and Moldova, and the offices in the USA, Malaysia, the Philippines and India. The new launch will be celebrated through an event organized in Bern on November 15, 2018, gathering R Systems local clients, partners, and representatives of the company’s top management.
