Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth across the DACH and Benelux regions.

This role is focused on expanding market presence through new business acquisition, managing the full sales lifecycle, and delivering value-driven service solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Professional with up to 8–10 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven experience in selling services (not products)
  • Strong exposure to end-to-end sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients (“new logos”) and grow business portfolios
  • Telecommunications industry experience is considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Identify, prioritize, and manage key target accounts within the region
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis, tracking industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities (in collaboration with marketing)

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify and understand client needs, challenges, and business drivers
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, solution demos, and negotiations
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth

Sales Execution & Performance

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of digital transformation and service-based solutions
  • Qualify and evaluate leads based on business needs, budget, and decision authority
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client proposals and solutions
  • Partner with marketing to support targeted campaigns and demand generation activities
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership
