Senior Technical IT Tester

R Systems is searching for an experienced Senior Technical IT Tester to join our team of innovators!

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Technical IT Tester with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is adaptable, structured, and collaborative, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

In this key role, you’ll collaborate with senior engineers to drive innovation and enhance our existing systems. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career through professional development, including certifications, workshops, and training sessions.

Your contribution:

Review and analyze system specifications.
Design test procedures to evaluate each software product.
Design manual or automated test cases (Jira XRAY, JMeter), executing test cases/scripts (Jira, JMeter, SOAP UI) and analyzing results.
Report bugs and deviation to development teams (Jira/XRAY).
Using the software as intended to analyze its functional properties.
Implementing software evaluation test programs.
Finalizing, documenting and reporting the testing procedures & technical issues.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.

Bring along:

API testing – validation, automation, and integration testing.
Network testing – protocol verification, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
Automation frameworks and scripting for efficient validation.
Troubleshooting & defect analysis to enhance system stability
CI/CD integration – ensuring automated testing (e.g. Jenkins) within continuous delivery pipelines
Strong mindset and attitude – proactive, analytical, and team-focused approach
