Chat Voice Bot Developer

R Systems is searching for an experienced Chat Bot Developer to join our team of innovators!

Your contribution:

  • Develop, debug and test conversational flows using MS Bot Framework Composer as part of Agile team
  • Train, evaluate and improve NLU models that add language understanding to the bot, using Azure Conversational Language Understanding Service
  • Generate audio files and improve speech using Azure Speech Services
  • Use Postman to test and debug APIs
  • Write Splunk scripts in order to analyze bot conversations and debug the flows.

Bring along:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year using BotFramework
  • 1+ year using Azure Cloud (CLU and Speech Services – mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge on Microsoft BotFramework and Audiocodes integration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of NLU models concepts
  • Previous experience with API testing
  • Previous experience Splunk scripting
  • Good understanding of Telco concepts
