Senior Accountant

R Systems is searching for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team of innovators!

Based in Romania, the ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and play a crucial role in managing our accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Your ability to handle complex financial tasks will be essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes.

Your contribution:

Handle the recording and processing of accounts payable in SAP.
Organize and oversee intragroup reconciliation activities.
Issue client invoices accurately and on time.
Provide support to the Chief Accountant with declarations submission and other accounting tasks.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company standards.
Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Provide input into department’s goal setting process
Support month-end and year-end close process

Bring along:

Proven accounting experience (at least 5 years), including accounts payable and receivable.
Strong knowledge of SAP and its accounting modules.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
