R Systems is seeking motivated QA Analysts to join our team. As a QA Analyst, you will focus primarily on overseeing the quality of our products during all stages of development while providing necessary reports on product health. This role also involves creating, updating, and overseeing QA-related documentation.

Your contribution:

Understand and demonstrate basic scripting languages.
Read, interpret, and write basic syntax.
Utilize developer consoles for inspecting code, testing scripts, and debugging.
Understand and follow QA team processes, practices, and quality standards.
Maintain proper administration related to the role, ensuring a clear paper trail and adhering to bug reporting standards.
Acquire user-level knowledge of the products you will be working on.
Understand the purpose and functionality of related products in our suite.
Identify issues in logs and utilize tools for debugging and analysis.
Prepare testing environments for relevant products and execute testing procedures effectively.
Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
Write task descriptions, comments, and reports clearly, escalating issues promptly.
Able to complete assigned tasks independently or with minimal guidance.

Bring along:

Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP or similar tools.
Prior experience in QA or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
Basic coding experience is a plus, along with knowledge of game development or real-time simulation development.
