Chat Voice Bot Developer

R Systems is searching for an experienced Chat Bot Developer to join our team of innovators!

Your contribution:

Develop, debug and test conversational flows using MS Bot Framework Composer as part of Agile team
Train, evaluate and improve NLU models that add language understanding to the bot, using Azure Conversational Language Understanding Service
Generate audio files and improve speech using Azure Speech Services
Use Postman to test and debug APIs
Write Splunk scripts in order to analyze bot conversations and debug the flows.

Bring along:

Basic Qualifications:

1+ year using BotFramework
1+ year using Azure Cloud (CLU and Speech Services – mandatory)
Basic knowledge on Microsoft BotFramework and Audiocodes integration

Preferred Qualifications:

Good understanding of NLU models concepts
Previous experience with API testing
Previous experience Splunk scripting
Good understanding of Telco concepts
