Our client is a leading provider of mobile satellite voice and data services with customers around the world, in industries such as government, emergency management, marine, logging, oil & gas.

Background & Business Context

The existing client portal was a classic web-based HTML based portal which had batch updates capability for order management / product updates Customer service requests. This resulted in poor response and negative feedback from agents/customers.

Project Scope
  • Create a responsive website on desktop and mobile to optimize SEO, branding and user journey on current website.
  • Review and evolve the brand identity and tone of voice within user experience.
  • Design for multiple devices
  • Primary goal is to maximize sales conversion (at least 1 in 10) within the e-commerce site
  • Dynamically adjusting dashboard orientation based on Device profiles
  • Wireframes & Design Prototypes
  • Integration Architecture with API first design using Dell Boomi
  • Agile based implementation with 3 Weeks Sprints
  • Automation testing strategy using Bamboo and test execution
