Integration Engineer for Enterprise Solution

R Systems is searching for an experienced Integration Engineer for Enterprise Solution to join our team of innovators!

The purpose of this role is to provide technical expertise to client customers in terms of integration, deployment, design, and operations of enterprise product “Compact Mobility Unit”.

Your contribution:

Deploy and integrate packet core elements such as EPC and 5GC in both BareMetal (appliance-based) and cloud-native environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
Conduct functional and performance testing of core network components to ensure stability, scalability, and compliance with telecom standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across deployment, integration, and operational phases, working hands-on with live systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate support, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts, maintaining productivity while learning in real-time project environments.
Document deployment procedures, integration workflows, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and contributing to automation efforts.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards during deployment and testing activities.

Bring along:

Understand customer requirement and should be able to deliver high level design, low level design, preparing test plan, integration, deployment, configuration of EPC & 5GC packet core components for cloud-based environment and appliance deliveries.
Working with customer technical staff to integrate the system in customer network and support customer testing.
Experience in enterprise solution will be an added advantage.
Rich experience in packet core entities (like MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF etc)
Having 5GC NFs (AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF etc) deployment experience is an added advantage.
knowledge & understanding on Kubernetes stack. Hands-on will be preferred.
Good understanding of 3GPP specification 23.501, 23.502, 23.401.
Excellent debugging skills in identifying and resolving the issues during the deployment.
Experience in http2, TLS, TCP, IPSEC, IP, DNS, DIAMETER protocols.
Hands on experience in deployment of EPC & 5GC network functions on OpenStack and containerized cloud environments.
Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall knowledge of the latest technologies in the Telecom space including EPC, 5GC, VoLTE, IoT etc.
Good understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routes, eBGP, OSPF and IP subnetting, switching stack.
Understanding in IMS/VoLTE, RAN, HSS and UDM is an added advantage.
Good understanding of tools such as Wireshark, iPerf, putty, FileZilla, MobaXterm, etc.
