We are happy to announce our latest project for a global technology and enterprise product company: the development of a network function virtualization (NFV) short message service center (SMSC) application to be deployed in 2017 at a major operator in Europe.
R Systems develops the NFV SMSC application on a service delivery platform, using an orchestration framework and rule engine to fulfill the business requirements on top of the platform.
R Systems also contributes to the application architecture and high level design, functional specification, operational documentation and testing. Our team of experts is highly skilled in SMS protocols (MAP, SMPP, UCP) and Chef for the automatic deployment of the solution (including the platform and all applications developed on the platform (SMSC, voicemail, etc.)).
Besides access to skilled resources, we provide our customer expertise and front-end consultancy in relation with the operator, regarding the documentation for the entire platform and the SMSC product.
