26 May 2016. Bucharest. Raluca Rusu, R Systems Chief Executive Officer, was awarded within the first edition of the “Successful Women in the IT&C” Gala (Gala Femeilor de Succes in IT&C), organized by Finmedia at the Ramada North Hotel.
The event brought together C-level executive women from top technology companies operating on the Romanian market, and acknowledged their successful careers, outstanding results and commitment to professional excellence.
Raluca Rusu received the award for professional performance and successful career in IT&C and as part of R Systems International in particular. Raluca joined the company in 2002, holding various technical and managerial positions, from engineering to Head of Development and COO. In her current role as CEO, she is responsible for the worldwide business development and operations of R Systems in the USA, Europe and Asia.
