Project Manager

R Systems is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our team of innovators!

The Project Manager will play a critical governance and client-facing role, ensuring smooth execution, precise KPI tracking, and transparent communication across multiple stakeholders — including our internal teams, an intermediary vendor, and the final customer.

This is not a “checklist PM” role — it’s a strategic coordination and relationship management position requiring maturity, structure, and resilience.

Your contribution:

Act as the primary liaison between internal delivery teams, the intermediary company, and the end client.
Drive project governance — ensure timelines, KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are continuously met and documented.
Manage multi-level reporting (technical, executive, and customer-facing) with clarity and precision.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and regressions; proactively escalate and track resolution.
Maintain alignment across all stakeholders during both implementation (2 years) and maintenance & support (5+ years) phases.
Ensure full contractual compliance and minimize financial exposure due to penalties tied to KPI breaches.
Represent our organization in all communications — acting as a trusted ambassador to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Identify opportunities for relationship and scope expansion during the lifecycle of the engagement.

Bring along:

5+ years of project management experience in large-scale or long-term software projects.
Proven ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder environments with technical and contractual interdependencies.
Strong experience in status reporting, KPI tracking, and escalation management.
Demonstrated stress resilience and capacity to operate under sustained pressure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences (technical, business, executive).
Experience across both implementation and maintenance/support phases of enterprise projects.
Technical understanding of modern delivery ecosystems — CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices, cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in telecommunications, enterprise software, or high-availability systems.
Experience working with penalty-based or KPI-driven contracts.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or equivalent.
Exposure to vendor management or working through intermediary partners.
Experience in account growth or relationship management within long-term client engagements.
