For consistency and to present ourselves as professionals through and through, we should try to keep the sentences written in the present tense (or at least utilize the same verb tense throughout the entire section), correctly structured & typed, and as clear and concise as possible. Potential candidates should be able to visually scan this section and get the information they need, so we should keep “fluff” to the minimum and list the main tasks first.
