R Systems has contributed with donations of computers in support of the educational capacity of rural communities in Nepal and Bangladesh.
The donation was made via EduCaB, a pilot concept designed and developed by CRIDL in partnership with local foundations aiming to respond to community needs by establishing and activating library functions for the local communities.
The laptops donated by R Systems are already on the way and will reach the people in Dandagaon village, Dhading district, 64 km. west of Kathmandu and those of Atulia union under Shyamnagar thana of Satkhira district, Bangladesh, on the 12th of February 2016.
We are happy to contribute and facilitate access to computer technology to people in need around the world and we thank CRIDL for the opportunity.
