- Export file for printing factory generation
- File import confirmation
- Activation/deactivation/blocking of batches and bundles
- SOAP/Web Services based interface for external customer care application
- Support for scratch cards (vouchers) and electronic top-up tickets (virtual vouchers).
The deployed solution enhanced the operator’s capability to launch innovative bundled offers and schemes with easy recharge facilities, while also supporting high speed reloads during peak periods. The R Systems voucher management solution enabled the customer MVNO to easily create, manage and transfer voucher information and to interact with voucher vendors or other internal systems in real time.
