Senior Java Developer

R Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team of capable experts focused on high – performance solutions.

Your contribution:

  • Lead & Mentor: Guide and support team members, conduct technical interviews, and foster a strong development culture. 
  • Develop & Innovate: Build scalable Java applications (Java 11+) using Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST/SOAP APIs, and microservices architecture. 
  • Optimize Systems: Manage PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, optimize queries, and develop integrations via APIs. 
  • Enhance Quality: Conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and enforce best practices for performance and security. 
  • Collaborate: Work with stakeholders, product managers, and tech teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of Java development experience, with strong Spring Boot and microservices expertise. 
  • Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux scripting, Git/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Experience with system integration, RESTful APIs, and database optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL). 
  • Agile mindset (Scrum/Kanban) and a knack for customer-facing communication. 
  • Leadership skills for mentoring, training, and team coordination. 

Tech Stack: 

  • Must-Have: Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP APIs, Bash, JMeter, Git/GitLab, Keycloak, Nginx, MySQL. 
  • Nice-to-Have: .NET, React JS, Docker, Azure, Python, RPA, IIS, HAProxy, PostgreSQL, PHP, OpenSSL, Swagger. 

 Soft Skills: 

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong problem-solver. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Ownership mindset with strong time management and leadership qualities.
